why?
Speed loader feeding straight into the chambers of a double action break action makes it the most reliable shotgun going with a rate of fire faster than any manually loaded tube fed shotgun.
You can select the barrel to fire next similarly to how you can choose the chamber of a revolver.
All barrel mode makes it a modern day punt gun. If you need to exterminate a group of varmints, get extra lead on target at distance or through brush or knock down a pile of coke cans with your buddies, this is the mode to it. The forend will fold down so it can be braced over a branch or rested on the ground. We don’t advise shouldering it! Keep a couple of inches gap between the gun and your shoulder and pull hard on the braced forend.
All current sub calibre inserts are aimed at the entire break action market, so are limited to the pressured existing shotguns can take. We are building the insert and the shotgun together so we are taking the pressures upto full size cartridge pressures. There will be two chambers in the stock for storing 2 10 inch inserts, from .22 to 300 WM and everything in between. Your 18.5 inch barrelled shotgun can now harvest deer at 200 yards no issue. Full flexibility of 12 gauge and all insert calibres of your choice in one fold away back-packable rig.
The new speed loader design makes punching home the reload the fastest ever way to reload a break action, along with giving double storage on your favourite buttstock shell holders.
The barrel opening latch is next to the trigger so the off hand can immediately access the reload, not hold the gun while a top mounted horizontal latch is operated, which is what most break actions have. The gun is double action so the barrels just fall under gravity by themselves releasing the ejector as well so no user input is needed to clear the empty shells except the trigger hand operating the opening latch. Then the reload can be punched home.
